Oatey Co. has earned two workplace honors recognizing its efforts to attract, develop and retain top talent in Northeast Ohio.

Recipients were selected by the Watts backflow leadership team from nominations received through their website.

This year, "Shark Tank" star Daymond John joined Jobber in selecting recipients, and recipients will be attending an exclusive, all-expenses-paid business retreat.

This year’s Inc. 5000 spotlights companies reshaping growth across industries including AI, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products and professional services. 

Submissions to the inaugural list are now open to all trades professionals through August 16, and winners will be announced on September 9.

Nominations are open now through Aug. 10, and nominees must be active members of WHVACR.

This recognition follows a series of recent honors for Watts, including TIME’s World’s Most Impactful Companies, Newsweek’s World’s Greenest Companies and The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work, as well as recognitions from Barron’s and USA Today.

Feedback from the survey continues to inform how AD evolves its workplace experience. Over the past year, this has included enhancements to benefits and wellness offerings, a continued focus on recognizing associate contributions, and expanded access to professional development opportunities
