2026 Next Gen All-Star: Brock Seis

Turning craftsmanship into entrepreneurship

Brock Seis

Age: 24
Title: Owner
Company: Elevated Plumbing LLC

At just 24 years old, Brock Seis has already spent seven years in the plumbing industry and taken one of the biggest steps of his career: starting his own business.

Now the owner of Elevated Plumbing LLC, Seis was introduced to the trade through his father, a plumber whose work left an early impression on him.

“I always admired the projects he did and the sense of pride involved in his work,” Seis said.

That same pride in craftsmanship continues to shape how Seis approaches plumbing today. For him, the work is about more than repairing or installing a system; it's about knowing that what he does directly affects the people who depend on it.

“Knowing that I am contributing to the health and safety of others by performing services that can last a lifetime” is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job, he said.

Seis is also motivated by the problem-solving that comes with the trade. Whether helping a customer during an emergency or figuring out a project that initially seems difficult, he appreciates that plumbing continually gives him something new to learn.

He wishes more people understood “the amount of work and expertise it truly takes to make everything function efficiently and safely.”

Starting Elevated Plumbing has been Seis' proudest professional accomplishment so far, but it's the response from customers that makes owning the business especially meaningful.

“Seeing the relief on customers' faces when we stop a leak from flooding their home, or witnessing their appreciation for the craftsmanship, is incredibly rewarding,” he said.

When he isn't working, Seis prefers to spend his time outdoors. Each spring, he and his wife search for shed deer antlers alongside their two dogs, Rusty, an Australian Shepherd, and Hank, a Brittany Spaniel.

For someone who began learning the trade from his father, Seis is now building something of his own with the same emphasis on craftsmanship and pride in the work that first attracted him to plumbing.

“Over the years, I have had the privilege of training, working alongside, and supervising Brock, and throughout that time, Brock consistently demonstrated the ambition, knowledge, work ethic, and determination needed to succeed,” said his father, Jeff Seis. “Brock's passion for the plumbing trade, combined with a commitment to excellence and continuous growth, positions Brock for a bright and successful future in our industry.”
