2026 Next Gen All-Star: Alexy Rollins
Redefining leadership in the trades

Alexy Rollins didn’t grow up dreaming of owning a plumbing and HVAC company. With a “gentle push” from her husband, Nick, she entered the industry through entrepreneurship and quickly discovered the opportunities the trades could offer.
“This industry allows you to build something tangible, create careers for people, serve your community, and make a real difference in customers’ lives,” Rollins said. “I also saw an opportunity to bring a different perspective to an industry that has traditionally been male dominated, particularly when it comes to branding, customer experience, culture, and communication.”
In 2022, Rollins and her husband opened Loyalty Plumbing & Air. What began as a small family business has grown into a company Rollins is incredibly proud of, but she measures that growth by more than revenue.
“Revenue and company milestones are exciting, but seeing an employee buy a home, support their family, grow into a leadership position, or accomplish something they did not think was possible means more to me,” Rollins said.
Passion Jennison, who nominated Rollins for Top 40 Under 40, points to her ability to combine business leadership with a focus on improving customer experience.
“Alexy is helping redefine what leadership in the industry can look like,” Jennings said.
That leadership has included an emphasis on transparency, education, responsive service, and making home services more approachable for customers. Rollins has also hit the ground running with modern marketing, technology, and community involvement to strengthen how Loyalty connects with its homeowners.
Two milestones stand out in her career: Loyalty winning Best of Las Vegas and reaching its first $1 million revenue month.
“I remember looking at that number and thinking about how far we had come from the early days of the company,” Rollins said. “But what made me proudest was knowing that it was not one person's accomplishment. An entire team of people believed in what we were building and made it happen together.”
Outside of Loyalty, another passion has occupied Rollins’ life for the past 15 years: golden retrievers. She founded and serves as president of the Golden Retriever Club of Southern Nevada, and her love of the breed even inspired Loyalty’s mascot, Buddy.
“If I am not working, there is a very good chance I am doing something involving a Golden Retriever,” Rollins said.
