2026 Next Gen All-Star: Andrea Reagan
Bringing personality to home services marketing

Andrea Reagan started her PHCP career supporting contractors from the agency side. Today, she leads marketing from inside a full-service plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company.
Before entering the industry three years ago, Reagan worked in automotive, where she built Red’s Speed Shop before moving on once the business could sustain itself without her. What began as her next professional opportunity quickly became an industry she loved.
“I connected with the people, the pace and the challenge of helping essential businesses communicate their passion and authenticity,” Reagan said.
For Reagan, that means communicating more than a company’s value. It means finding and embracing its personality.
“A brand should do more than attract customers. It should strengthen the internal culture and give employees something they are proud to represent,” Reagan said. “When a company holds itself accountable to its brand, it occupies a position many competitors overlook. That creates an advantage in the market and within the team.”
Reagan has seen that philosophy translate into results. One of her proudest accomplishments has been helping her company reach its goals while making customers laugh along the way, proving that strong performance and personality do not have to compete.
“I’m especially proud when that success motivates others to be authentic, take creative chances and let themselves be funny,” Reagan said. “Life is short, and we can do serious work without taking ourselves seriously all the time.”
And Reagan takes the people who depend on her work very seriously. Generating leads helps keep technicians working, so they can provide things braces and college tuition and everything in between for the people depending on them.
“Andrea is the kind of person who leaves things better than she found them, especially people,” said Hannah Eddings, who nominated Reagan. “She sees potential in others before they always see it in themselves, and she gives her time, energy, and belief generously. She leads with strength, but never at the expense of compassion.”
Reagan is just as motivated by the people in her corner.
“I’m equally motivated by the people who support me, repair my crown without telling the world it was ever broken, and remind me that I am loved,” Reagan said. “I carry all of them with me. My only personal goal is to be better today than I was yesterday.”
