2026 Next Gen All-Star: Chris DellaSala
Building solutions, teams, and a lasting legacy

For Chris DellaSala, family provided the introduction to the PHCP-PVF industry, but its essential role in everyday life gave him a reason to build a career in it.
Now in his eighth year in the industry, DellaSala serves as Regional Sales Manager for Keystone Sales & Associates. Beyond his family's business, he was attracted to the stability of a field responsible for supporting homes, commercial buildings and critical infrastructure across the country.
That work also provides Della Sala with something he particularly enjoys: problems to solve.
“Customers rely on us to address issues that directly impact comfort and essential operations,” Della Sala said. “Providing an effective solution and seeing the immediate relief and satisfaction it brings is deeply gratifying.”
While solving customers' problems provides immediate satisfaction, Della Sala's larger motivation is building something that will last.
“My primary motivation comes from building a legacy larger than myself,” he said. “I am driven by the opportunity to foster a strong community and support team members as they develop professionally and reach their full potential.”
That emphasis on the team is also reflected in what DellaSala considers his proudest career accomplishment. Rather than pointing to one personal achievement, he takes pride in Keystone's collective growth.
Over the years, DellaSala has watched the organization promote internal talent into new roles, modernize its technology and continually adapt its approach to better serve industry partners.
“Attributing our success to a single achievement does not do justice to the dedication and hard work of our entire team,” he said.
DellaSala also wishes more people recognized the stability and importance of careers within PHCP-PVF.
“While the work may not always appear glamorous, we fulfill societal needs and offer reliable, long-term career stability,” he said.
There's also one technical misconception he'd happily clear up: “Mixing valves do not create hot water — LOL!”
As for something most people don't know about him? DellaSala offered a bit of a mystery rather than an answer: his favorite football team.
For now, apparently, he's keeping that one to himself.
