SJE, Inc. is celebrating the first anniversary of its acquisition of Revere Control Systems. Since joining forces in September of 2024, the partnership has expanded SJE’s geographic reach and industrial control systems integration capabilities in the water/wastewater and industrial markets.

Reflecting on the anniversary, Bjorn Haldorsen, CEO of SJE, stated, “The integration of Revere’s capabilities over the past year has been beneficial for SJE and our other brands. Their team’s expertise and commitment to quality engineering and production have strengthened our market position and broadened our ability to serve customers more comprehensively.”

The past year has also marked a vital leadership milestone. Following the acquisition, Andy Wilson, who had served as Revere’s president and CEO since 2022, was appointed president of SJE’s Engineered Control Solutions (ECS) Division, which combines Revere with SJE’s existing ECS brands under one umbrella. In this role, Andy leads more than 470 employees across 11 U.S. sites, focusing on driving growth strategies, advancing operational efficiencies, and aligning with SJE’s long-term vision.

“Andy has been a welcome addition to SJE’s leadership team. His experience leading Revere has enabled a smooth transition into the new role, and I am excited to see where Andy will take the ECS Division from here,” said Haldorsen.

Reflecting on the milestone, Andy Wilson shared: “Our first year as part of SJE has been extremely positive. The combined resources and expertise of our teams have extended our geographic reach and have already begun to deliver greater value for our customers. I am honored to lead the Engineered Control Solutions Division during this exciting time of growth and innovation, and I look forward to building on our strong foundation together.”

This acquisition represented SJE’s second in 2024. Together, SJE and Revere continue to advance engineered control solutions that empower customer success and operational excellence.
