Alliance Group Announces Acquisition of Nolin Control Systems

Alliance Group, LLC, a NexCore partner, announced the successful tuck-in acquisition of Nolin Control Systems, LLC (“Nolin Control”). This strategic partnership represents an important step in Alliance’s growth strategy and expands the company’s controls service offerings. Alliance is a partner company of NexCore, a commercial HVAC platform with operations in Vermont, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida. NexCore is backed by Dallas-based private equity firm, Trinity Hunt Partners.
Nolin Control Systems is headquartered in Georgia, Vermont and is an automation controls provider with a focus on factory programming and supplying UL panels. The Company serves a diverse base of industrial customers, with an emphasis on the food & beverage market. Nolin has built customer relationships in the region, supported by offering niche, complex automation services.
Matt Nolin, Founder of Nolin Control Systems, will remain with the business and continue to lead day-to-day operations under Alliance’s ownership, ensuring continuity for employees and customers while helping drive the next phase of growth.
