HeatLink announces hiring of new vice president and general manager
Geoffery Holloway has been appointed to vice president and general manager.

HeatLink Group Inc. announced the hiring of Geoffrey Holloway as vice president and general manager, effective October 20, 2025. Mr. Holloway brings with him more than 25 years of leadership experience in engineering, operations and sales, most recently serving as vice president of Canadian sales at A.O. Smith Enterprises. While in this position Mr. Holloway led sales, service and operational teams through growth initiatives, and aided in a plant transition, ERP implementation and post-acquisition integration.
“We look forward to Geoff bringing his expertise, vision, and commitment to growth to HeatLink, and are confident he will be a good fit with the history, culture, and values of the company,” says Glenn Mosack, president of HeatLink parent company The Mosack Group. Reporting directly to Glenn Mosack, Mr. Holloway will work closely with Manfred Schmidt, who is preparing for retirement early next year, and the entire leadership team to ensure a smooth transition of operational and product knowledge.
Mr. Holloway is both a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA/CPA), and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Memorial University and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
