The program is designed to speak to
every employee touch point in a residential service business - from the front
end to the final follow-up to accountability processes for all company positions.
The 20‐minute program is a sampling from IAPMO’s
GreenPlumbers Training and Accreditation core classes of environmental
literacy, which are appropriate for plumbers or individuals who are interested
in improving the performance of solar thermal water heaters and in sustainable
plumbing designs and installations.
Highlights of Industry Day will include a special
affiliation signing agreement with the Plumbing Employees Trade Union in Australia,
as well as a roster of special guest speakers.
One year and two months after it
broke ground on the major building project designed to secure
its future in Rhode Island
and enhance its competitiveness.
