American Plumbing & Mechanical recently announced that it has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which it entered into Oct. 13, 2003. The reorganized AMPAM will consist of five operating subsidiaries focused on residential plumbing, heating and mechanical services: RCR Cos. (Southern California; Sacramento, Calif.; Las Vegas); LDI Mechanical (California, Nevada, Colorado and Maryland); Christianson Air Conditioning and Plumbing (Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, Texas); Parks Mechanical (Southern California); and Power Plumbing (Houston).
