James River Air Conditioning and its parent company, Global Comfort Group, announced a partnership with ServiceTitan. This collaboration marks a step in modernizing field operations, leveraging AI-powered tools, and reshaping the client and technician experience across residential and commercial service sectors.
Global Comfort Group and James River Air Conditioning selected ServiceTitan for its next-generation integrations, particularly in:
- AI assistive real-time intelligence: Providing instant answers and insights for technicians.
- Advanced dispatching and labor management: Maximizing technician productivity and boosting average ticket sizes.
- Modern mobile solutions: Providing technicians with real-time access to data for increased efficiency.
- Enhanced customer experience tools: Delivering service excellence through seamless communication and timely follow-ups.
The decision was strongly influenced by the innovation showcased at Pantheon 2025, ServiceTitan’s annual user conference in Anaheim, California.
