We all have fear in business and life. I’m not attacking you here and saying you’re a coward or afraid to take risks, but it’s a natural part of life. 

We all want to grow in life, and especially in business. It is part of the measurement of success we as leaders can look at, and it’s one we often have to meet for our stakeholders and team members. 

Complacency and comfort are the enemies of business and life, my friends. 

We’re all leaders. We have people that work with us, clients to service, family and friends to pay attention to and our own fulfillment to work toward. It sounds like a lot, and it is. 

All leaders and all people have a silent enemy: Mediocrity

Leaders are often made up of people like me. We often lie awake at night or feel inspired randomly with new ideas. 

As a leader, we have so many balls in the air; we might as well be professional clowns juggling chainsaws.
