I’ll admit it. I was skeptical that distance learning could be a worthwhile experience for service contractors. 

As I write this, I cannot believe next week is Thanksgiving, and after that, just a few short weeks left until Christmas.

Whenever a hydronic system is divided into several zones, it’s worth considering a buffer tank between the heat source and distribution system. 

The conversation typically goes like this: The owner tells me, “Al, I don’t know if I can get buy-in here for the operating manuals.”
