The Boy Scouts of America Chicago Council is partnering with the Plumbing Council of Chicagoland to honor United Association of Plumbers & Pipefitters General President William P. The 2014 winner receives a $2,500 scholarship.

Scholarship recipients will receive up to $1,000 in tuition assistance and $1,500 in RIDGID tools.
