Hardware Holdings recently acquired the Jones Stephens Corp.  Under the Hardware Holdings umbrella, Jones Stephens joins Cranbury, N.J.-based HBC Home & Hardware Products and Houston-based Handy Hardware. Jones Stephens will continue to operate out of the current Moody, Ala., and Pottsville, Pa., facilities, and the management team will remain in place.
