A. O. Smith hired Stirling Boston as regional sales manager for the South Central region. Boston joins the team with several years of experience in the water heater manufacturing industry, most recently as director of marketing for Lochinvar.

BrassCraft Mfg. Co. hired Kristen Bennetts as corporate controller. She has more than 15 years of accounting experience in the building material industry. The company also hired Wade Long, a 21-year sales veteran, as sales manager, Southern region.

Navien promoted Vanessa Nulick to the new position of marketing program coordinator. She sas been with Navien since October 2011. Nulick will provide support to the Navien co-op program.

PHC contractor Plumbline Services named Glenn Kassel manager of the plumbing service department and Todd Ryanthe manager of the HVAC service department. Kassel has been a lead technician at Plumbline Services for 15 years and has been with the the company since it started. A 20-year industry veteran, Ryan’s previous position was as Plumbline’s lead HVAC technician.
