On Feb. 7, A.O. Smith Water Products Co. announced the death of Terry Allen Bihun, vice president of business development and national accounts. He died Nov. 1, 2005, at age 64. Bihun joined State Industries in 1977 and held many high-level sales management positions at State and A.O. Smith.
