The Mechanical Contractors Association of America and the Campaign for Quality Construction Alliance will hold the 2003 National Issues Conference May 5-7, 2003, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington. The conference will focus on the critical need for infrastructure spending, and the high economic and political risks of jeopardizing badly needed stimulus over prevailing wage repeal issues.

Featured speakers include Peter Philips, an economics professor at the University of Utah, and political analyst Stuart Rothenberg. For further information, contact John McNerney, MCAA's executive director of government, labor and industry relations, at jmcnerney@mcaa.org.
