Watts Acquires Dumser
Watts Industries recently bought Dumser Metallbau GmbH & Co. KG. The German manufacturer produces brass, steel and stainless steel manifolds that are used as the prime distribution device in hydronic heating systems. In the year ending December 2000, Dumser had approximately $24 million (U.S.) in sales.
