Rheem Names Farwell COO

Rheem Manufacturing Co. promoted Ian Stewart Farwell to the position of corporate executive vice president and chief operating officer. In his new position, Farwell will oversee operations, materials and human resources at all Rheem manufacturing operating divisions in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Farwell is a 26-year Rheem employee and served as division president for both the Water Heater and Air-Conditioning Divisions. He most recently served as president of the Air-Conditioning Division.
Succeeding him as Air-Conditioning President is J.R. Jones. Jones was most recently vice president and general manager of the Heatcraft Refrigeration Products Division of Lennox Industries.
