Rheem Water Heaters named Allen R. Wicher as its new director of residential markets. He will be based at the water heater division's headquarters in Montgomery, Ala. Wicher most recently worked for Emerson/Therm-O-Disc as a global market manager, and he held various engineering and managerial posts prior to that.
