SIMFLO Selected for El Salvador Municipal Water Project
Lubbock, Texas-based SIMFLO, a provider of industrial, municipal, commercial, and agricultural-use vertical and submersible turbine pumps, announced its selection for a municipal project in Central America to supply water infrastructure to multiple cities.
The project involves supplying high-efficiency vertical turbine pump bowl assemblies to support well construction and scheduled municipal water system maintenance across El Salvador. The equipment is being distributed across all four key geographic regions of the country — including the Western (Zona Occidental), Central, Eastern (Zona Oriental), and San Salvador Metropolitan regions — delivering vital municipal water services across various departments.
To meet specific well requirements, SIMFLO provided 1800 RPM vertical turbine models equipped with stainless steel impellers and conical strainers engineered for well diameters ranging from 10 to 14 inches. SIMFLO worked alongside its local distributor and end users to deliver custom technical support, prompt quotes, and fast delivery timelines. By providing on-site technical presentations and direct engineering support, SIMFLO addressed the region’s long-standing challenges of long lead times and limited-service options from legacy suppliers.
