In addition, when a PRO Tech account is linked to a Rinnai PRO Network company, the company earns Rinnai Reward Points while the technician earns separate perks, ensuring both benefit from every eligible registration.

PRO Tech is accessed through the Rinnai Central mobile app, where users can register eligible products, simplify installation and startup, access training and product information, and earn and track perks through one streamlined experience built for the jobsite.
