Rinnai Launches Loyalty Program for Plumbing & HVAC Installers

Rinnai America Corporation has announced the launch of PRO Tech, a loyalty program that recognizes individual plumbers and HVAC contractors who install and register Rinnai products.

Created for installers across the U.S. and Canada, the PRO Tech loyalty program awards exclusive perks for eligible Rinnai products that are installed and registered through the Rinnai Central app. Simply install the product, register it and begin working toward perks. Unlike some other loyalty programs, the benefits stay with the individual, regardless of the company they work for.

As registrations increase, participants unlock increasingly valuable merchandise, from premium drinkware and outdoor gear to professional grade tools and more. Better yet, both perks and progress stay with the participant, even if changing employers.

“The PROs in the field who install our products are essential to Rinnai’s success, and we’re excited to introduce a loyalty program created specifically for them,” said Frank Windsor, president of Rinnai America Corporation. “Every day, they bring the skill, dedication and professionalism that our customers expect, and PRO Tech is one more way to say thank you while helping bring our commitment to Creating a Healthier Way of Living to life.”

Anyone can participate, including technicians working independently, affiliated with a Rinnai PRO Network company, a Rinnai Member company, or an out of network company. In addition, when a PRO Tech account is linked to a Rinnai PRO Network company, the company earns Rinnai Reward Points while the technician earns separate perks, ensuring both benefit from every eligible registration.

PRO Tech is accessed through the Rinnai Central mobile app, where users can register eligible products, simplify installation and startup, access training and product information, and earn and track perks through one streamlined experience built for the jobsite.
