Safe Monitoring Group (SMG) announced its acquisition of LeakLogics.

This acquisition marks the second U.S.-based company to join the Safe Monitoring Group (SMG) portfolio and the sixteenth company overall added to the Group, further strengthening SMG's presence in the Americas and expanding its capabilities into the rapidly growing refrigerant leak detection and compliance services market. 

LeakLogics delivers leak detection programs that combine structured audits, commissioning and leak validation, reporting and documentation, and equipment sales and consultation. The company aims to help facilities minimize refrigerant loss, improve system performance, and maintain compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
