Dwyer Group acquires Bright & Beautiful
Deal adds more than 50 franchises, grows Dwyer Group to $1.5B in sales
The Dwyer Group, one of the world’s largest parent companies of trade service brands, has completed the add-on acquisition of Bright & Beautiful, a home cleaning service based in the U.K. The deal marks the ninth acquisition for Dwyer Group in the last few years and grows the organization to $1.5 billion in system-wide sales.
Dwyer Group will now have 15 franchise brands with more than 2,800 franchisees across service brands and a record 600-plus employees throughout North America, U.K. and Germany.

Bright & Beautiful offers residential cleaning services, providing eco-friendly cleaning, laundry and tidying assistance. What began as a vision for an ethical, friendly and professional homecare business by founder Rachel Ray has grown over the last 10 years into a system of more than 50 franchisees, employing 700-plus employees.
