What drew you into the industry?

From an analytical standpoint, the PHCP-PVF industry offers a diverse array of projects. The projects I am working on can involve supply chain logistics, inventory management, technical product information, customer care, etc. Analyzing these moving parts presents a valuable challenge and an opportunity to drive efficiency and innovation. With recent technological advancements, the industry is undergoing a transformation and embracing e-commerce, automation and data-driven decision-making. This environment allows me to apply modern analytical tools and develop unique solutions to complex issues.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

The most rewarding aspect is knowing that the work I do supports products and systems that are critical to people’s comfort, health and safety. The PHCP-PVF industry may not always be in the spotlight, but it's behind the scenes ensuring clean water, efficient heating, and reliable infrastructure. As a business analyst, it’s good to see how data-driven insights can contribute to smoother operations and innovation in such an essential industry. What motivates you every day?

What motivates me daily is the opportunity to solve problems and improve processes. I like problem solving and I like helping so the challenge of taking complex business questions and breaking them down into actionable insights that help our personnel and inform decision making is rewarding. Working in an industry that blends engineering, logistics and customer needs keeps the work diverse and engaging.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

I wish more people understood just how innovative this industry is. With sustainability advancements and energy-efficient solutions this industry plays a vital role in sustainability and public health, and there are exciting opportunities for professionals who want to make a real-world impact. We see the results from the job sites with commentary about problems solved which is really what we strive for.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

The proudest moment in my career thus far is being given assignments to head up new implementations.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

In my free time, I volunteer for an animal rescue and sanctuary and coordinate national and international transports and local rescue efforts.
