In a fast-evolving industry like plumbing and HVACR, staying connected to the right people and ideas is key to long-term success. That’s why PHCC CONNECT 2025 is more than just a conference, it’s an opportunity to build relationships, gain knowledge and advance real business growth. Taking place October 27–30 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, CONNECT offers four days of targeted education, expert insights and networking.

Here’s what you need to know about this highly anticipated event.

1. What is CONNECT 2025, and who should attend?

CONNECT 2025 is the premier annual gathering for PHCC members and industry professionals, including contractors, technicians, business owners, chapter executives and upcoming leaders. It’s designed for anyone in the plumbing and HVACR space who wants to strengthen their team, learn smarter business strategies and grow their operation in a rapidly evolving market.

2. What makes the educational sessions worth attending?

CONNECT 2025 features a robust lineup of education sessions, aligned with this year’s theme, “Growth Through Collaboration.” Designed to address the current challenges and emerging opportunities in the plumbing and HVACR industries, the event includes over 20 targeted educational sessions and a series of expert-led roundtables and panel discussions.

The sessions will cover a wide range of timely topics, including workforce development, business leadership, regulatory compliance and crisis management, providing real-world strategies that contractors can apply immediately. Discussions are structured to spark conversation, share ideas and practical problem-solving among attendees.

One example is PHCC’s Quality Service Contractors (QSC) Lunch & Learn, where experienced industry experts will dive into proven business growth tactics and operational strategies.

3. What kind of networking opportunities can attendees expect?

CONNECT 2025 offers countless ways to build relationships and exchange ideas with top professionals from across the industry. From the Campfire CONNECT welcome event to the Product & Technology Showcase or one of the many education sessions, every experience is designed to foster authentic connections. Attendees can expect to leave with new contacts, new business ideas and renewed motivation.

4. Why was Grand Rapids chosen as this year’s host city?

Grand Rapids offers the ideal mix of convenience and entertainment for CONNECT 2025.

Known as Beer City USA, Grand Rapids has dozens of breweries, bars and great local food. The host hotel, Amway Grand Plaza, connects directly to the DeVos Place Convention Center, making it easy to navigate the event. Attendees will also enjoy the closing party at the Grand Rapids Public Museum, one of the city’s top attractions.

5. What sets CONNECT 2025 apart from other industry events?

Unlike other conferences that focus solely on products or presentations, CONNECT is built around real human connection. It brings together professionals and emerging leaders, contractors, vendors and educators in a collaborative environment. Attendees will leave not only with fresh insights and tools for success but also with the kind of personal connections that support long-term growth and innovation.

For plumbing and HVACR professionals looking to expand their knowledge, elevate their business and network with others who understand their challenges, CONNECT 2025 is the place to be. It’s more than just a conference, it’s a place for professional growth and industry collaboration.

Register now at phccweb.org/connect, and get ready to be inspired, empowered and spark new ideas.

We’ll see you in Grand Rapids!
