Interplay Learning has been named to the 2025 Inc. 5000, denoting its place among the fastest-growing companies in the United States. The company is ranked at No. 1379.
The annual Inc. 5000 celebrates dynamic growth among America’s independent businesses, and encompasses companies from many different sectors and verticals. Past honorees include businesses as diverse as Microsoft, Patagonia, Oracle and Meta. Interplay Learning previously made the list in 2018 and in 2022.
“Our continued placement on the Inc. 5000 is powerful validation for our innovative spirit,” said Doug Donovan, CEO and founder of Interplay Learning. “Our team has created a whole new paradigm for continuous education within the skilled trades, both in terms of our groundbreaking technology and our unique educational philosophy. We are grateful to see these innovations find an audience and ultimately find recognition on this list.”
The businesses that made this year’s list have exhibited impressive growth despite a sometimes challenging economic environment, navigating hazards such as inflation, political tumult and an evolving labor market.
On average, the companies represented on the list boast a three-year growth rate surpassing 1,500%, and have added 52,805 jobs to the U.S. workforce.
Interplay Learning's work has won them a range of recent accolades, including placement on Fast Company’s Annual List of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024, AHR’s 2024 Innovation Award and IACET’s 2024 Innovation of the Year Award.
