Massari’s thoughts: “Growing up, my stepfather who raised me was a plumber. For as long as I can remember, on school breaks and weekends, I would always go with my stepfather to work. Whenever he would complete a job, I would look at the work done and be awed by the craftsmanship. From a very young age, it was like a puzzle to me. A puzzle that I couldn’t wait to solve for myself. Between that and my love for math and numbers, I always knew being a plumber is the route I would to take in life. I have a true passion for this craft, and when you combine that with being given the ability to help others, to me, it seems like there is no such thing as a better career. My wife always tells me how rare it is for people to say they ‘love their job,’ and Universe is and always will be the reason I do.”
