ServiceTitan has announced a new integration with Honeywell to improve the ability of home service contractors to communicate the specifics and value of Honeywell’s smart thermostats to their customers.
“Integrating Honeywell’s comprehensive set of smart thermostat products into the ServiceTitan platform is just another way we’re working to give more power to the home service contractor,” ServiceTitan Vice President of Products Harpreet Ahluwalia said. “Technicians can easily display Honeywell’s robust product catalog to customers, making their interactions more proactive, rather than reactive, in solving the needs of the homeowner.”
Specifications about Honeywell’s products, parts and accessories will be integrated into the ServiceTitan platform to help contractors communicate value propositions to customers and more efficiently quote jobs.
“This integration with ServiceTitan enables us to give home service businesses an even better way to connect our state-of-the-art products with customers,” Honeywell Director of Partnership Development Nick Dalsin said. “By allowing automatic access to our smart thermostat product information, we’re empowering contractors to better serve homeowners and show the value that Honeywell products have.”
