Energy-efficiency bill introduced in U.S. Senate

Sen. Jeanne Shaheen and Sen. Rob Portman renewed their push for a national energy efficiency strategy by reintroducing an updated version of the Shaheen-Portman Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness Bill.
