Boiler manufacturer IBC Technologies opened two training centers late in 2015 — one at its headquarters in Vancouver, B.C., and the other in Cinnaminson, N.J.

IBC hosted its first group at the Vancouver training center in December and will be conducting in-depth product training on its high-efficiency condensing boilers on a monthly basis. The training center is equipped with live-fire boilers and offers a hands-on experience on IBC’s variety of condensing combi- and heat-only boilers.

The Cinnaminson training center, which can accommodate 15 contractors, hosted its first group in October and also will be conducting product training each month.  

During training, contractors will learn about IBC’s exclusive multiload, touch-screen controller, its heat exchangers, as well as best installation practices, applications information, troubleshooting and proper service and maintenance procedures.
