It preheats a car’s engine and cabin without turning on the engine.

A European company manufactures a hydronic  heater that preheats a car’s engine and cabin without turning on the engine. It was developed to save gas. The heater includes a burner motor, fan and a heat exchanger. It heats the coolant in the engine first, and the residual heat escapes through the vents inside the car.

The company also makes an air heater that heats up the air in a car. Both can be used manually inside the car, by timer or by remote control.

Think anyone would buy an automobile hydronic heater on this side of the Atlantic?
