The two-hour E-Learning sessions are divided among five topics - each about 15-20 minutes - including World Class Service; Handling Difficult Customers; Customer Service Stress Relief; Listening Skills; and Positive Service Attitude. Coscia is the author of the “HVAC Customer Service Handbook.”
