InSinkErator Pledges $25,000 For PHCC Education Efforts

which has a goal of raising $145,000 this year.
Food waster disposer manufacturer InSinkErator announced its continued support of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Educational Foundation’s 2011 “Invest in Your Future” annual giving campaign, which has a goal of raising $145,000. The campaign is a collaborative effort of InSinkErator, the PHCC Educational Foundation and the PHCC National Auxiliary.
For 23 years, InSinkErator has pledged an annual donation of $25,000 to help fund educational efforts. Those who supported the industry in 2010 had a one-third matching gift from InSinkErator applied to their donation. The overall contributions from the company have surpassed the half-million-dollar mark.
“The ‘Invest in Your Future’ fundraiser is a great way for us to support today’s contractors and aid future industry leaders through the auxiliary’s scholarships,” said Dennis Broderick, senior vice president of wholesale sales for InSinkErator. “We are proud of our active partnership with the PHCC Educational Foundation, as they are a leader in promoting industry education.”
