Reflecting the trend toward cleaner building and environmentally conscious construction, the 2008 ISH North America trade show will highlight renewable energies.

It will include a renewable energies pavilion on the show floor for industry manufacturers to present their green building products and services to contractors. Messe Frankfurt Inc., which owns the show, also is reviewing the availability of educational and certification tracks for the building industry addressing such issues as the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System certification and environmental construction and design.

ISH North America will be held Oct. 1-3, 2008, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. The trade show will run concurrent with Network ’08, the annual convention for the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors-National Association and the American Supply Association, as well as the annual convention for the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, and the Maple Leaf Reception hosted by the Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating. The Radiant Panel Association will sponsor some educational events for radiant heating professionals.
