Lochinvar Corp. and Ashcraft Co. conducted a training session for Texas contractors on the new nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions limits established by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission. Contractors learned about the new legislation and the reasons behind its development, how NOx is created in the combustion process of gas-fired appliances, and what manufacturers are doing to limit those emissions for cleaner air.
