Harsco Plans Non-Core Divestitures

Harsco Corp. announced plans to divest three non-core operations: Capitol Mfg., a pipe fittings producer; Patterson-Kelley, a boiler manufacturer; and Faber Prest Distribution, a UK-based materials transport business. The company will use the proceeds of the sales to accelerate its debt reduction program, and invest in future acquisitions.
