The National Oilheat Research Alliance released four training videos; three titles are available on DVD. The instructional videos are: “How to Respond to a No Heat Call;” “The Proper Way to Tune Up an Oilheat System;” “Fuel Oil Delivery;” and “Heating Oil & Our Environment,” which is available on video only.

Technicians who view the No Heat Call and Tune Up videos are eligible to receive NORA CEU credits toward silver or gold accreditation under its certification program. A self-text exam that accompanies the videos must be completed and submitted to the NORA Education Center.

A new video covering various controls for heating systems will be released later this year.
