Three dockets of affiliate rules and conduct standards are proposed

The Louisiana Public Service Commission has initiated three dockets of proposed affiliate rules and standards of conduct, a proposed consumer bill of rights, and licensing requirements. The state legislature is still a long way from passing a deregulation statute, according to sources.
