Enviromaster International LLC, Rome, N.Y., a U.S. manufacturer of mini split ductless air conditioning equipment, and Davis Energy Group, Davis, Calif., a mechanical engineering consulting firm, have entered into an agreement to jointly develop, manufacture and market innovative heating and cooling technologies.
