Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Piping products increase – February-March 2026

Valves, water heaters, pumps, fixtures and HVAC equipment see adjustments ranging from low single digits to 10%.

The upward pricing trend that carried into the new year is continuing through February and into March, with a steady stream of plumbing, hydronic, HVAC and PVF manufacturers announcing increases. While many adjustments are landing in the low- to mid-single-digit range, several manufacturers are implementing category-specific or “various” increases, with select product lines moving higher.

Valves, water heaters, pumps, fixtures, water works products and HVAC equipment are among the categories seeing activity, reflecting continued cost pressures tied to materials, manufacturing and broader supply chain factors.

Below is a running list of manufacturer price increases reported to Supply House Times and Plumbing & Mechanical. This page will be updated as additional notifications are received. 

Bonomi – 6% increase effective 2/2

Webstone – various price increases effective 2/6

A. O. Smith – increases of 3-9% effective 2/6 

  • Commercial light duty electric: 3%
  • Residential duty commercial gas: 3%
  • Commercial electric standard: 5%
  • Commercial gas standard: 7%
  • Commercial gas single and multi-flue all others: 9%

Sloan – average increase of 2.5% effective 2/8

Grundfos Pumps – various increases effective 2/8

ThermOmegaTech – 4% average increase effective 2/16

Lennox – up to 10% increase effective 2/16

Aspen Coils – various increases effective 2/18

Romac – 6-9% effective 2/20

Pftster Faucets – updated pricing on most of product portfolio starting 3/1

Goodman and Daikin – 3-3.5% increase starting 3/2

  • Daikin Minisplits 2% increase             

Viessmann – 3-5% increase starting 3/2

A.Y. McDonald – 7% on all water works products starting 3/5

Bradford White – 5-6.5% increases starting 3/16:

  • Residential Products (Gas, Electric, and Heat Pump Tank Type): 6.5%
  • Commercial Products (Gas and Electric Tank Type): 5%
  • Storage Tanks: 5%
  • Tankless Products: 5%
