AERCO MFC II Dual-Fuel Condensing Boiler
The boiler is designed for mission-critical facilities, including hospitals, healthcare campuses, military installations, data centers, laboratories and industrial plants.

AERCO has introduced the MFC II, a next-generation dual-fuel condensing boiler designed for mission-critical facilities, including hospitals, healthcare campuses, military installations, data centers, laboratories and industrial plants. The MFC II operates on natural gas, propane or #2 fuel oil backup and delivers thermal efficiency of up to 94.5% while maintaining low-NOx performance. Available in capacities from 4,000 to 12,000 MBH, the boiler features a large waterside volume that helps stabilize operation, reduce cycling and support performance across varying load conditions.
The unit incorporates a three-pass fire-tube heat exchanger with 316L stainless steel condensing surfaces and full-penetration tube welds for long-term durability. Additional features include Weishaupt power burners, BAS integration via Modbus, lead/lag sequencing, remote setpoint capability and simplified maintenance access through a davited rear lid. Engineered for demanding applications, the MFC II supports N+1 redundancy strategies, integrates into both new and retrofit installations, and is listed to UL, cUL, CSD-1 and ASME standards. Multiple pressure ratings are available to meet a range of system requirements.
