Rheem\ is commemorating its 100th anniversary. To honor a century of serving communities worldwide, Rheem sponsored the 9/11 Day Meal Pack for the third consecutive year. With a symbolic participation of 100 volunteers, the Rheem team united with thousands nationwide to honor the September 11 National Day of Service and Remembrance to help people facing hunger.

In partnership with Feeding America–affiliated food banks, all meals are distributed locally to ensure families in need receive support in their own communities. Volunteers from Rheem and other companies across the U.S. packed nine million nutritious, shelf-stable meals.

“When we first sponsored this event, its founders stressed the importance of turning a tragic day into an opportunity to better our country and help those in need," said Claude Drevet, a military veteran and senior vice president, Finance, Rheem Global Water.

This partnership reflects Rheem’s ongoing dedication to supporting well-being, both through its products and through meaningful action outside the workplace.

“My service to the country was all about helping my fellow Americans, and Rheem recognizes that,” said Whitman Hull, a military veteran and manager, Rheem Customer Experience, Technical Services. “This day is about us going out and helping our community, which is a reflection of the Rheem culture and I'm glad to be part of it.”

During its 100th year, Rheem is underscoring its dedication to making a difference in its local communities through its community outreach program, Heart of Comfort.
