How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

My dad was a plumber who did sewer line replacements and drains. I used to visit Boston every summer starting at the age of 14. So, if that counts, about 15 years!

What drew you into the industry?

I always loved working with my hands, fixing things, creating happy customers and problem solving. Now that I have created a strong team, I love watching my team succeed and become successful in their lives and roles!

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

The sky is the limit. It is always expanding and growing. I always like learning new things, developing and reaching new levels in what I do. If I don't, I get bored. Never content.

What motivates you every day?

Reaching new goals, developing others, growing personal & professionally.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

That we are all truly talented individuals. Trades people are incredibly smart, hardworking, down-to-earth people. If it wasn’t for the trades, we would be a third world country without running water, heat or hot water. I think we need to put more emphasis and respect to the trades with encouragement to the new generation to pick a trade as a career.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

Many things, as I am super grateful for the trades: it has saved my life! I had a rough upbringing, and the trades always kept me busy working. My proudest 2 moments were when I first got my plumbing license, and the second but scariest was when I first started my own business. Very thankful for the trades and all of the awesome people in the trades.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

That I was a competitive bodybuilder.
