Conrad has nearly 15 years of experience in research and technical roles in the water industry. He is a Professional Engineer and holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto. His role is to develop risk assessments and optimize water management plans ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and standard guidelines.
