The mobile experience features five flagship BAC models, each displayed to provide equal visibility throughout the tour. These include the Series 3000 Cooling Tower, representing BAC’s open-circuit cooling solutions, and the FXV Closed-Circuit Cooling Tower, designed for applications requiring fluid isolation and reduced contamination risk. 

The pumps can be used for a variety of applications including data centers, high-tech cooling, air conditioning and hydronic cooling. 

The transaction is expected to close in early 2026, subject to closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
