Ever since the RPA was formed, members have taken advantage of the great benefits the alliance has to offer, such as codes and standards advocacy, a job center network, obtaining and creating valuable education, the annual Radiant Flooring Guide, newsletter subscription, discounts for IAPMO products and services, access to webinars and more. RPA members are professionals from all facets of the radiant profession, including manufacturers, installers, engineers, architects, students, apprentices and inspectors.

IAPMO urges its members and other interested parties to get involved in the code development process to ensure effectiveness in preserving the public’s health, safety, and welfare through fair and balanced development of the Uniform Codes.

The showcase demonstration will run from March 13-17. 

This manual provides the user with the information needed to understand what degree of hazard or potential risks exist to potable water systems, and whether the proper backflow prevention method, device or assembly has been selected and correctly installed.

The deadline to apply is March 1.

 The competition showcased national champions from 20 WorldSkills member countries.

During the late, great Les Nelson’s last AHR conference in Chicago back in 2018, he asked me what our hydronics industry needed the most. He was on a mission to increase the visibility of the Radiant Professionals Alliance and give the industry something that it could really use. 

The subcommittee will be chaired by IAPMO board member Raymond Boyd, United Association assistant director of Education and Training, and will meet before the end of the year. 

The public hearing for review of the proposed code changes for the 2024 NSPC will take place 8 a.m.-5 p.m. ET, Aug. 11, at the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City.
