Time to trim the fat, and we don't mean from your waist size (although that shouldn't get out of hand, either). Take a good hard look at your inventory and how you organize your warehouse, service trucks, desktop, break room, etc. See some room for improvement? Get a jump on Spring Cleaning, and make your New Year's Resolution to work a tighter, more efficient shop in '07.
