Jay Gould resigns from American Standard
Steve Delarge has been named acting CEO.
Jay Gould resigned from American Standard yesterday. The CFO, Steve Delarge, has been named acting CEO reporting to LIXIL CEO and President Yoshiaki Fujimori.
The company announced there are no other changes pending. Everything Gould set in place will continue. There is complete support from LIXIL for the strategy, initiatives and the current management team. A search for a new American Standard Brands CEO is underway. No other changes in leadership have been announced.
